This museum is built in the old Citizens National Bank building and features a variety of displays about the development of Longview and area. A portion of the museum recreates early 1900s room and store settings. Other exhibits include military hardware and a feature on Texas architecture.
Host to a permanent collection of approximately 300 pieces of art, including works from Pablo Picasso and Georges Rouault, The Longview Museum of Fine Arts also features a number of displays of local artists and travelling exhibits. A number of special events are held throughout the year, and art classes are available.
